Key Responsibilities
Executive Support

  • Provide confidential and proactive support to the General Manager, anticipating needs such as managing calendar and schedule with precision – coordinating meetings, agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Oversee Ministerial, Board and Executive processes, including briefings, minute taking, quality assurance, and deadline tracking.
  • Draft, review, and edit communications, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Prioritise and manage email communications and internal meeting outcomes.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and reconcile expenses.
  • Represent the General Manager with professionalism in stakeholder communications.
Leadership & Supervision
  • Manage and mentor the division’s administrative support team.
  • Lead small project teams and contribute to broader organisational initiatives.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in managing small teams or project groups.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar systems).
  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
