You’ll manage end-to-end ERP implementations, integrations, data conversion, vendor management, and business change, focusing on payroll and rostering & scheduling systems.
The project is progressing from Design into Build, with a subsequent phase involving Cloud migration. This is a hands-on role with strong stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to make a significant impact on enterprise HR and Payroll systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead ERP/HCM projects from initiation to successful delivery
- Manage integrations, data conversion, and vendors
- Build and motivate project teams of internal and external resources
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and ROI
- Apply project and change management frameworks (Prince2 / Agile preferred)
- Review projects and embed continuous improvement initiative
- Proven experience delivering ERP and HR system projects
- Strong background in payroll or rostering & scheduling platforms
- Experience working with complex stakeholders in large organisations
- Skilled in data migration, system integration, and vendor management
- Project management qualifications (Prince2 and/or Agile) preferred
