The People and Performance Manager will lead a team of
HR professionals, including HR Solutions, Business Partnering, and Case Management functions. You’ll be responsible for driving a culture of collaboration, performance, and accountability while ensuring the delivery of effective HR and ER support across the business.
This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in operational environments and enjoys developing teams, refining processes, and partnering with leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a diverse HR team.
• Coach and mentor HR professionals to build capability, accountability, and engagement.
• Drive the delivery of HR and ER services aligned with business priorities and operational needs.
• Support and influence leaders through effective partnering, communication, and collaboration.
• Refine people processes and frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement and a culture of inclusion, performance, and respect.
• Provide oversight for employee relations, investigations, and case management.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to implement workforce strategies supporting both blue and white-collar environments.
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
• Proven experience leading HR teams in complex, operational or industrial settings.
• Strong leadership capability with a track record of coaching and developing others.
• Hands-on experience managing HR/ER processes, including case management and investigations.
• Comfort working with and influencing blue-collar and frontline leaders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative, down-to-earth leadership style — values partnership over policing.
