Our client, a forward‑thinking financial services firm in West Perth, is searching for a Digital & Experience Lead who’s equal parts strategist, creator, optimiser, and innovator. You’ll take full ownership of the digital ecosystem, elevate the client journey, and lead the charge on performance‑driven marketing that fuels real business growth.
  
What You’ll Lead
  • End‑to‑end digital strategy across paid media, SEO, SEM, email, and web — with the freedom to test, refine, and scale what works.
  • Ownership of the firm’s digital ecosystem, including HubSpot, website performance, and marketing automation.
  • Integrated campaigns — from concept to execution.
  • Project management across multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and external specialists.
  • Supplier management across SEO, content, paid media, and design — ensuring quality and performance.
  • Data‑driven insights that shape strategy, influence decisions, and unlock new opportunities.
  • Full control of the lead generation funnel — from awareness to conversion and advisory handover.
  • Continuous optimisation of the digital client experience using insights, experimentation, and UX thinking.
  • Smart application of AI to personalise journeys, improve performance, and streamline operations.
  • Prioritisation and planning of all digital marketing activity with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Selection and management of external partners to deliver best‑in‑class outcomes.
  • Ongoing optimisation of automation workflows, lead nurturing, and HubSpot processes.
  • Recommendation and rollout of digital enhancements, tools, and optimisation initiatives.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Proven experience running multi‑channel campaigns end‑to‑end.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar (preferred).
  • Strong analytical capability with tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and paid media dashboards.
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot).
  • A passion for data‑driven decision‑making and continuous optimisation.
