Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Customer Success Manager
to help clients achieve maximum value from innovative technology solutions. This is a client-facing role that combines onboarding, training, support, and strategic partnership to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead client onboarding and implementation training
- Build trusted, long-term relationships post-go-live
- Support usage, troubleshoot issues, and champion feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or SaaS environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or Zendesk
