We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Customer Success Manager to help clients achieve maximum value from innovative technology solutions. This is a client-facing role that combines onboarding, training, support, and strategic partnership to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead client onboarding and implementation training
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships post-go-live
  • Support usage, troubleshoot issues, and champion feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services
About You:
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or SaaS environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or Zendesk
