The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for account customers, assisting with enquiries, checking and, processing data accurately, and ensuring smooth service across a wide range of products. Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Checking stock availability, processing orders and creating invoices
- Enter and maintain data with accuracy
- Manage multiple products and customer accounts
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous phone based customer service and administration experience
- Confident communication skills (verbal and written)
- SAP knowledge an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
