This opportunity sits at the heart of a major enterprise transformation program, supporting leaders to embed the future culture needed for a new operating model and organisational journey.
As a Culture Specialist, you’ll work closely with People, Safety, Change, Communications, Strategy and Transformation teams to deliver meaningful culture uplift, behavioural change and organisational development initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Conducting culture assessments and diagnostics using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Analysing cultural strengths, risks and opportunities and turning insights into practical recommendations
- Supporting the design of future‑state culture frameworks, behaviours and ways of working
- Developing and implementing OD and culture interventions that drive adoption and engagement
- Facilitating workshops, discussions and engagement sessions with leaders and key stakeholders
- Contributing to integrated culture, change and communication strategies
- Creating culture measures, reporting and insights to track progress and effectiveness
- Providing specialist advice on culture transformation, organisational effectiveness and employee experience
- Qualifications in OD, Organisational Psychology, HR, Behavioural Science or a related field
- Significant experience in organisational development, culture transformation and/or change management within large, complex environments
- Demonstrated capability in organisational diagnostics, culture assessments and behavioural analysis
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with credibility at senior levels
- Advanced facilitation, consulting and workshop design experience
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Experience contributing to integrated culture, change and communications initiatives.
