Are you an experienced and polished Corporate Receptionist seeking your next opportunity in a prestigious, fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading corporate investment house, is looking for a proactive and professional individual to be the welcoming face of their new Perth CBD office. Our client is open to a permanent full time role or a fixed term contract.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this is a key front-of-house position where you’ll provide outstanding customer service and administrative support to internal teams and external clients. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, redirecting as required
- Maintain the reception and meeting room areas to a high corporate standard
- Manage incoming email and telephone enquiries
- Provide administrative support, including coordinating events and meetings
- Perform general office tasks such as mail handling, scanning, printing, and filing
- Set up and manage virtual meetings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- A confident, friendly, and professional demeanour
- Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
