This is a true coordination role where you'll be the commercial link between multiple stakeholders, managing contract obligations, Statements of Work, variations and contractor relationships while helping solve problems and drive successful project outcomes.
About the Role:
- Coordinate the post-award contract lifecycle across a portfolio of works contracts.
- Prepare and manage Statements of Work, contract variations and commercial documentation.
- Liaise with Operations, Procurement, Finance and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Monitor contract performance, milestones and contractual obligations.
- Support quotation processes and contract administration activities.
- Process work orders, purchase orders, supplier invoices and contractor payments.
- Maintain contract registers and ensure compliance with internal governance requirements.
- Provide practical commercial advice and assist in resolving contract-related issues.
- Support Contracts Administrators as the first point of escalation.
- Experience managing contracts through the post-award lifecycle.
- Strong contract administration or commercial coordination experience.
- Exposure to Statements of Work, contract variations and contractor management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work.
