A&Co Recruitment Partners are proud to be partnering with a highly respected not-for-profit organisation based in East Perth to recruit a Community Engagement Officer on a full-time fixed-term contract.

This is a highly engaging and people-focused role where you'll spend around 50% of your time attending events, expos, presentations, and community activities, acting as a key ambassador for the organisation. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by raising awareness of services and supports available to people across Western Australia.
About the Role
The Community Engagement Officer is responsible for coordinating and delivering community and sector engagement activities that increase awareness of services, programs, and supports available. The position plays a key role in building strong stakeholder relationships, promoting carer awareness, and encouraging participation across diverse communities.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally relationship-driven and enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life. You'll be comfortable speaking with community members, presenting to groups, attending events, and building partnerships that create meaningful impact.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in community engagement, stakeholder engagement, events, communications, or a similar role.
- A genuine passion for working with people and strengthening community connections.
- Experience coordinating and attending events, expos, outreach activities, or community initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Confidence presenting information to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to engage professionally, respectfully, and empathetically with diverse communities.
