Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that align with our organisational goals.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to boost efficiency and increase capacity.
- Work closely with internal teams to define, plan, and deliver change projects with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Use practical project frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure changes are sustainable.
- Support frontline teams in adopting new ways of working and embedding new processes.
- Measure and evaluate project outcomes using data to track impact and guide future strategies.
- Coach and support managers to build a collaborative, adaptable, and high-performing culture.
- Proven track record in leading change, business transformation, and project management.
- Skilled at communicating with and engaging stakeholders at all levels, adapting style to suit different audiences.
- Experienced in using collaboration frameworks, process mapping, and operational improvement to make things work better.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
- Comfortable with systems integration and operational architecture, with technical know-how to back it up.
- Project management qualifications are a bonus.
