Key Responsibilities
- Board and governance support, including preparation of agendas, board packs and governance documentation
- Attend Board and Committee meetings and produce accurate, timely minutes
- Maintain Board registers, resolutions and governance records
- Manage the electronic board portal and related documentation
- Provide high-level confidential executive support to the Company Secretary
- Act as a key point of contact for Board members and senior leaders
- Support information management, document control and policy frameworks
- Assist with legislative compliance registers and governance reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of governance systems and processes
- Proven experience supporting a Company Secretary, Board or senior executive
- Demonstrated experience preparing and managing board papers and minutes (essential)
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with board management software
- Excellent written communication, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional, discreet and confident working at executive and Board level
