As our clients Business Support Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming face and steady heartbeat of our head office—creating a safe, supportive, and professional environment for staff, volunteers, visitors, and partners.
�55356;�57119; This full-time position provides reception, office administration, and facilities support across our Subiaco head office. You’ll be central to keeping our organisation running smoothly, ensuring our people can focus on delivering life‑changing services to the community.
�55357;�56508; Key Responsibilities You will play a vital role in:
- Managing reception with warmth, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Greeting staff, contractors, and visitors—both in person and over the phone
- Coordinating meeting and board rooms, including catering and logistics
- Maintaining office supplies, staff amenities, and kitchen consumables
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting general office maintenance and liaising with building management
- Monitoring office access and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment
- Providing administrative support to the Business Support Manager and wider team
