About the Role
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager
to join our Perth team. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our broker network across WA and Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing broker relationships to drive sales in your State
- Identify and acquire new broker firms to increase portfolio size
- Build greater awareness of our clients value proposition in the market
- Identify and qualify new opportunities with quick turnaround times
- Achieve sales targets and strategic KPIs
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in Business Development or Account Management within Asset Finance (or a related industry)
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work at pace
- A customer-first attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service
