Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and validate business needs across complex operational processes.
- Translate requirements into actionable artefacts, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, delivery leads, architects, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and prioritised.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other agile delivery activities, ensuring work items are ready and well understood.
- Facilitate workshops and structured discussions with diverse stakeholders across business, professional, and IT domains.
- Contribute to solution design by ensuring proposed changes align with business outcomes, organisational constraints, and strategic direction.
- Support traceability, impact assessment, and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
- Strong experience in business analysis within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into practical, delivery-ready requirements.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices and backlog management.
- Experience contributing to enterprise-scale transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
