We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the program team and support the successful design and delivery of this high-impact transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within an Agile delivery environment to analyse, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Partner closely with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, process mapping, and backlog refinement.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design, sprint planning, and iterative delivery across technical and business streams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across workflows, processes, and digital experience enhancements.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex programs.
- Strong background in Agile delivery, including backlog management.
- Extensive experience using Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong facilitation capability and confidence working with both technical teams and business representatives.
- Proven ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
