Job Opportunity
Working across various project sites and the Perth based office, this role provides administrative support and operates as the first point of contact, providing a customer service to purchasers and responding to any initial enquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the Sales Offices.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role will be required to work on Saturdays and Sundays to support operational needs and provide office coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to potential and existing purchasers, ensuring timely communication when responding to enquiries and coordinating with Sales Representatives and the Development team for any sales related appointments, follow ups, project updates, pricing, sales and contract related queries.
- Proactively collects information from potential purchasers, with the ability to work accurately with detailed information, by entering visitor and buyer profiles and reporting on weekly site-based traffic and sales numbers.
- Work in collaboration with the Sales Representatives and broader Sales team to ensure the workflow of sales contracts are progressed.
- Acting as the main interface between the clients and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is always provided.
- Responsible for ensuring the sales office/s are presentable at all times ensuring overall cleanliness and including maintaining stock of any brochures, prices lists, stickers and any signage or document packs required.
- Coordinating, conducting and participating in Sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate a minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience providing either general administration and/or sales support with the ability to work as part of a team by building and maintaining effective collaborative relationships.
To see you succeed in the role you, you will have the ability to manage your time and work self-directed, respond to changing priorities, solve problems, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
In addition, you will be able to work autonomously and demonstrate effective communication skills to progress sales deliverables by quickly gaining a sound knowledge of the market and projects.
