Receptionist Short-Term - Immediate Start

Be the face of this company in a professional corporate environment, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key responsibilities:
  • Front-line corporate reception
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries
  • Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
  • General administrative support
Administrator 5-month full-time contract - Start early July

Join a busy and supportive team in a fast-paced environment where your coordination skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.
Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinating administrative processes and workflows
  • Managing data and documentation accurately
  • Supporting a busy team with day-to-day administration
  • Working across multiple systems and databases
  • Assisting with reporting and general office support
About you:
  • Previous administration or reception experience
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Systems savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • A proactive, team-focused approach
  • Available to commence immediately
