The Role:
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating client records
- Allocating bank deposits to the correct accounts
- Assisting with management of the shared inbox
- Answering incoming calls and delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining documents, files and internal records
- Reconciling data and ensuring accuracy
- Processing payments
- General data entry and administrative tasks
The Person:
