Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to logistics, export and finance teams.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is organised and easily accessible.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing enquiries and coordinating information flow.
- Input and maintain data in company databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support logistics and scheduling for deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
Previous administrative or office experience is not essential for this role, although an understanding of how an office environment works would be an advantage.
This position would suit a proactive, enthusiastic candidate seeking their first step into an office-based administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with high levels of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data management systems would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
