We are currently partnering with well-regarded organisations in the Northern Suburbs to recruit three temporary administration professionals for immediate start contracts.

These opportunities offer the chance to join collaborative and supportive teams while contributing to key business functions across Human Resources, Health & Safety and Learning & Development.

HR Administrator| 2–3 Month Contract

In this role, you will provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, preparing employment contracts and maintaining HR documentation. You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit HR team where strong organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

You'll bring:
  • Previous HR Administration or Recruitment experience across the employee lifecycle
  • Experience preparing employment contracts
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively
Health & Safety Administrator | 2–3 Month Contract

Working within the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for coordinating administration relating to incident reporting, follow-up actions and file closures, while monitoring systems to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance.

You'll bring:
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
  • Previous administration experience within a Health & Safety environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confidence working with systems and compliance processes
Learning & Development Administrator | 3 Month Contract

This is a varied coordination role supporting the Learning & Development  team. You will play a key role in ensuring training activities are delivered efficiently while maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling training and responding to enquiries regarding training schedules
  • Managing a busy shared inbox and ensuring queries are actioned promptly
  • Processing purchase orders and training invoices
  • Maintaining accurate training records
  • Preparing reports, extracting and presenting data for managers 
You'll bring:
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting and manipulating data
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively follow up and keep stakeholders informed
  • Experience with Success Factors will be highly regarded
