This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the site, assisting with purchasing, accounts administration, recruitment support, customer enquiries, and general office coordination. Working closely with operational staff and leadership, you'll play an important role in keeping things organised and running smoothly. This is a 6-month temporary assignment with an immediate start available. Full time or Part-time school hours will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site team
- Process purchase orders and assist with inventory administration
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities
- Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding paperwork, and employee records
- Answer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Support managers and staff with general office administration
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with SAP or similar systems highly regarded
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
