Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications including emails, calls, and mail
- Provide professional administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable
- Support management with reporting, quality control, and record keeping
