Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications including emails, calls, and mail
  • Provide professional administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable
  • Support management with reporting, quality control, and record keeping
