About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a well-known property developer on a part-time basis. This is a temporary three-month assignment, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role. The assignment commences Monday, 25 August.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including assisting with board meetings and providing reception cover when required.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders with tasks such as directing telephone calls to appropriate employees, greeting visitors, maintaining office supplies, collecting and distributing mail, and preparing documents (filing, collating, copying, and/or binding).
- Carry out credit card reconciliations, ensuring invoices are accurately coded and monthly expenses are tracked appropriately.
- Act as the point of contact for parking queries, access cards, and ordering.
- Liaise with Building Management on tenancy maintenance matters to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of issues.
- Provide event support as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full working rights (no visa restrictions), as this role may become permanent for the right candidate.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
