I wanted to be able to recruit with more freedom. Working outside of the box instead of within one. Now I can focus more on finding great people to work for and work with. The team at a&co are always energetic, fun and collaborative so no day is without a win and a laugh.

 

Coffee – a nonnegotiable. After that I have great friends and family that make my world go round. I also love the feeling of a challenge; whether that’s taking on a trail run or smashing a KPI – if I can’t do it – I want to do it.
