Why did you want to join a&co Recruitment Partners?
The morals and the values they have created and live by was definitely something I connected to straight away, I saw a great alignment with mine which I think is key for success. What really stood out for me and separated a&co from the rest was the culture that they have and the genuine care they have for clients, candidates, staff and people.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Kicking goals - at work and outside of work. I love to push myself, whether that is trying a new gym classes or helping someone make a change in their career. I enjoy the drive to help other people which is why I find recruitment so rewarding and exciting!
