Why did you set up a&co Recruitment Partners?
I was told to do it for many years; now it felt like the right time. I wanted to be able to recruit the way our clients and candidates wanted us to.
There is nothing better than helping a client recruit a candidate they really need and vice versa – its life changing for everyone.
And who doesn’t want to work with their friends? Aaron and Andrew are the ying to my yang and I love them!
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
A great cup of coffee, a family that always wants breakfast and a Greyhound that needs a walk. The excitement my role genuinely gives me is always what motivates me.
No two days are the same and I love this industry for that.
