I wanted to build a business that had a genuine desire to build and maintain local relationships. 

I also wanted to truly own the strategic direction of the business with a focus on good ethics and equality whilst being flexible around the needs of the people we work with.

The opportunity to create a&co alongside Andrew and Natalie was obviously a huge drawcard as well - we are all friends and combined we have a huge depth of experience and proven ability in the Perth market. Together I'm confident we will be a huge success and build something we can be proud of for many years to come.

I have a loving and supportive wife, three young boys and a miniature long haired dachshund - providing for my family is obviously a huge motivator. 

At work my focus is simple. I aim to help people understand the economics of the local recruitment market. We play a privileged role within the local community and sharing our knowledge is an important part of what we do. This ranges from market insights to salary information and often results in helping people find meaningful employment. I genuinely get a kick out of what we do.

Building your own business also allows for heaps of new learning experiences and is also a lot of fun.
